Warrior X-Fit Success Story

The Warrior X-Fit Website is dedicated to making a positive difference in people's lives. To do this, we need YOUR HELP! Similar to what Ms. Vega did, YOU have to take the first step and begin doing the workout. This can be done by beginning with two rounds of the program (six total minutes in duration). Discover the difference this program can make in your life and engage aggresively and energetically in the cause for good condition and good health. Special Recognition
Warrior X-Fit would like to recognize the achievements of Senior Master Al Dilegge. Since beginning the program in the middle of March 2009, Senior Master Dilegge has worked out 68 out of the last 77 days, he has achieved his Warrior X-Fit Green Belt Fitness Level and significantly improved upon a personal best at a recent road race. In addition, Senior Master Dilegge has been instrumental in having the ATA World Headquarters use this as a corporate fitness program which is evidenced by almost 50 people achieving multiple workout wins and fitness belt rankings. Senior Master Dilegge has also been a great ambassador of Warrior X-Fit helping spread the positive benefits of the program as a means to get in shape for the ATA Fit Challenge. We here at Warrior X-Fit appreciate all of his contributions and his dedication to the program. Keep up the great work! Testing for the 2009 Warrior X-Fit Program
Each year on January 1, Warrior X-Fit will launch a new workout regimen for the year. Prior to this launch, Warrior X-Fit performs testing on men and women to determine the corresponding intensity charts. Over the next few weeks, Warrior X-Fit will post pictures from some of these testings.
