Day 28 of the Resolutions Program

Here is the recommended diet for Day 28 (Tuesday, October 21) of 64 for the "Thanksgiving Resolutions Commitment".  It is posted two days early in order to provide time to prepare food.  On Wednesday, October 22 please inform the Warrior X-Fit community if you were successful in adhering to the recommended diet.
Female Diet
  • Breakfast
    • 3 oz canadian bacon
      • cooked in 1 tsp olive oil
    • 1.5 pears
  • Snack 
    • Salad that contains:
      • 1/4 head iceburg lettuce
      • 1/4 cup strawberries
      • 1/2 cup diced celery
      • 1/3 cup diced green peppers
      • 3 almonds chopped
      • 1 egg diced
  • Lunch
    • 4.5 oz salmon
    • 2 cups raspberries
    • 9 almonds
  • Snack 
    • Salad that contains:
      • 1/4 head iceburg lettuce
      • 1/4 cup strawberries
      • 1/2 cup diced celery
      • 1/3 cup diced green peppers
      • 3 almonds chopped
      • 1 egg dice
  • Dinner
    • 4.5 oz ground beef with
      • .75 cup cooked onions
      • 1 cup cooked tomatoes
    • 1.5 tbsp guacamole
Male Diet
  • Breakfast
    • 5 oz canadian bacon
      • cooked in 1.66 tsp olive oil
    • 2.5 pears
  • Snack 
    • Salad that contains:
      • 1/4 head iceburg lettuce
      • 1/4 cup strawberries
      • 1/2 cup diced celery
      • 1/3 cup diced green peppers
      • 3 almonds chopped
      • 1 egg diced
  • Lunch
    • 7.5 oz salmon
    • 3 cups raspberries
    • 15 almonds
  • Snack 
    • Salad that contains:
      • 1/4 head iceburg lettuce
      • 1/4 cup strawberries
      • 1/2 cup diced celery
      • 1/3 cup diced green peppers
      • 3 almonds chopped
      • 1 egg dice
  • Dinner
    • 7.5 oz ground beef with
      • 1.25 cup cooked onions
      • 2 cup cooked tomatoes
    • 2.5 tbsp guacamole
Please make sure to drink a minimum of 8 cups of water each day.  Also, please do not use sauces, salad dressings or sugars when preparing your foods.  Instead use spices (such as Mrs. Dash, salt, pepper, etc) or lemon juice for seasoning.
