                                    Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, hands in guard position.

                                    Bend knees and drop your hands to the ground.

                                    Jump feet back.

                                    Roll to the side.

                                    Land in sprawl. Return to standing. Repeat going the other way. Each sprawl counts as one repetition.
