How to do Walk out to elbow plank : Exercise Video

    Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, hands in guard position.

    Bend at waist and place hands on the ground.

    Walk hands out in front of you to plank position and drop down to your elbows.

    Walk your hands back to your feet and stand up, returning to starting position.
