Day 13 Workout

  • Knuckle Twisters
  • Push-up with knees to outside elbows
  • Seated bicep curls
  • Incline fly with band wrapped around body
  • Sumo Squat with Standing Side Crunch
  • One legged upright row

Each workout consists of six exercises, which you perform six times each in quick twenty-second bursts.

The goal is to do as many repetitions of each exercise as you can, surpassing your goal total to earn a win.
