How to do Floor dips with front punch : Exercise Video

    Start on the ground with arms straight under you, fingers pointed toward body, knees bent, feet flat on floor, and body off the ground.

    Bend elbows, dropping hips toward floor. Straighten arms, bring one arm up and punch in front of you.

  3. 3

    Return to starting position, and repeat with other arm. Each punch is one repetition.
