    Lie on your side with your bottom elbow directly under shoulder, legs stacked, and resistance tube around top foot. Hold both handles together in front of you with both hands. Bring top knee in toward chest.

    Press top leg straight out over bottom leg. Complete one segment with this leg. Switch legs for each following segment.
