    Stand with resistance tube under one foot, a handle in each hand. Balance on the resistance band foot. Your arms should be out to the side at shoulder height, elbows bent, and palms facing down.

    Press arms forward at an incline until straight, level with top of your head. Complete this segment on the same leg. Switch legs for each following segment.
