Regardless of your age, weight or skill level, Warrior X-Fit can help you meet your personal fitness goals. Each exercise is done for a specified amount of time, as opposed to a certain number of repetitions, so your fights always last 20 minutes. You work out at your own pace and at an intensity level that is comfortable for you. If you are ever assigned an exercise that you are unable to do, for whatever reason, you have the option to modify it to fit your capabilities or select an alternate exercise.
