                                    Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, hands in guard position.

                                    Drop hands down to ground and shoot legs straight out behind you, dropping hips to the ground.

                                    Bend arms and drop into a push-up.

                                    After straightening arms, immediately jump feet back to hands, and return to standing. Jump backwards, then step back to starting position.
