Lie on your back with resistance tube around one foot, leg 6 inches off the ground, a handle in each hand, and arms bent in curl position.

Bring your knee up toward your chest, holding arms in curl position.

Straighten leg and return to starting position. Repeat with the same leg for this segment. Switch legs for each following segment.
