How to do Bent over one arm low row other arm holding : Exercise Video

    Start with resistance tube wrapped around feet, a handle in each hand, and palms facing forward. Bend at waist with knees slightly bent and back flat. One arm is bent with elbow level with your back.

    Bend straight arm at the elbow, and bring the elbow up past your back.

    Straighten arm and repeat. Complete one segment with one arm, and alternate arms with each following segment.
