How to do One arm isolation concentration curls : Exercise Video

    Stand with resistance tube under one foot, both handles in one hand on the same side. Put your other fist in between your elbow and your body.

    Bend arm at elbow and bring hand toward shoulder.

  3. 3

    Return to starting position. Repeat with same hand for this segment. Switch sides for each following segment.
