Stand with resistance tube under your feet, a handle in each hand, one arm by your side with palm facing forward, the other arm bent out to the side with elbow at shoulder level.

Simultaneously bend your straight arm, bringing your hand toward your shoulder, and press the other arm up over head. Repeat on the same side for this segment. Switch sides for each following segment.
