How to do Squat curl : Exercise Video

    Stand with feet a little more than shoulder-width apart, resistance tube under feet, a handle in each hand, arms by your sides, palms forward.

    Bend your knees until thighs are parallel to the ground.

    Straighten knees to starting position. Bending your elbows, bring hands up toward your shoulders. Drop arms to starting position, and repeat the whole exercise. Each curl is one repetition.
