How to do Squat with uppercut : Exercise Video

    Stand with feet a little more than shoulder-width apart, resistance band under feet, a handle in each hand, arms bent, and hands facing body at shoulder level.

    Bend knees until thighs are parallel to the floor.

    Straighten legs to return to starting position, bringing one arm up in front of your face for an uppercut.

    Return arm to starting position. Bend knees until thighs are parallel to the floor.

    Straighten legs to return to starting position, bringing other arm up in front of your face for an uppercut. Each uppercut is one repetition.
