How to do Alternating supermans with RB : Exercise Video

    Start on hands and knees with resistance tube around one foot, a handle in each hand.

    Fully extend leg with resistance tube and opposite arm.

  3. 3

    Return to starting position without putting knee or hand on the floor. Complete segment before switching tube to other foot and repeating other arm and leg.
