How to do Power Chops : Exercise Video

    Start in a plank position

    Drop down to perform a push-up

  3. 3

    Return to starting position bringing one arm out and up for a knife hand strike as you rotate your torso

  4. 4

    Return to start position

  5. 5

    Drop down to perform a push-up

  6. 6

    Repeat sequence with other arm, each knife hand strike counts as one repetition
