How to do Snatch to press : Exercise Video

    Stand with resistance tube under feet, a handle in each hand, palms facing body. Bend at waist.

    Keeping hands close to body, straighten back to standing, bringing hands up by ears and elbows to shoulder height.

    Press arms up over head. Each time you press arms over head counts as one repetition.
