Start with resistance tube wrapped around feet, a handle in each hand, and palms facing body. Bend at waist with knees slightly bent and back flat. Bring one bent elbow up past your back.

Keeping hands close to legs, stand upright, pressing hips slightly forward.

Keeping arms straight, raise up in front over head. Each time arms come up over head is one repetition.
