How to do Power Sprawl with lateral jump : Exercise Video

    Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, hands in guard position. Drop hands down to ground.

    Shoot legs straight out straight behind you, dropping hips to the ground. Bend arms and drop into a push-up.

  3. 3

    After straightening arms, immediately jump feet back to hands, and return to standing.

  4. 4

    Jump to the side with both feet.

  5. 5

    Immediately jump back to starting posititon.
