How to do Walk out on hands (no stand up) : Exercise Video

    Bend at the waist and put your hands on the ground.

    Walk your hands out in front of you.

  3. 3

    When you reach plank position, drop down to your elbows.

  4. 4

    Return to plank and walk your hands back to starting position.

  5. 5

    Repeat.
