How to do Squat with band wrapped around chest press : Exercise Video

    Stand with feet a little more than shoulder-width apart, resistance tube wrapped around body, a handle in each hand, arms bent with palms facing down.

    Bend knees until thighs are parallel to the ground.

  3. 3

    Return to starting position. Press arms straight forward. Return to starting position. Repeat entire exercise. Each press counts as one repetition.
